Scholarship Winner 2009
The Outside Processors Council awards an annual scholarship up to $5,000 to encourage
students to consider careers in manufacturing. The OPC Scholarship is managed by
the
Nuts, Bolts, and
Thingamajigs Foundation, the foundation of the FMA. Applicants to the OPC
scholarship are also eligible and considered for a scholarship through the NBT Foundation.
Megan Feil of Brooklyn Park, Minn. was awarded the 2009 Outside Processors Council
$5,000 scholarship. Megan’s mother, Donna Feil, is an employee of OPC member company

2008 Scholarship Winner
The Outside Processors Council congratulates Shama Iyer of Canton, Ohio as the recipient
of the 2008 OPC Scholarship! The $5,000 scholarship will go toward Shama's college
education at Cornell University where she will be majoring in Engineering. Shama's
father is an employee of OPC member company, Ferrous Metal Processing Co.
